Job Description

The Corporate Support Specialist understands the requirement for flexibility and accommodates shifting priorities while representing and supporting the corporate office in planning, directing, managing, and coordinating the Corporation's views and interests.
Responsibilities:
- Creating and managing templates for internal processes and forms
- Draft, revising, and managing internal company policies
- Compose, format, and/or edit documents including letters, communications to staff, staff meeting minutes, and external publications
- Monitoring client projects and following up with team members to make sure all aspects of project are being completed on time and that clients are being communicated with
- Take accurate and detailed minutes during meetings
- Support the Corporate Office in planning, directing, managing, and coordinating day-to-day business activities
- Monitor social media pages for appropriate professional content and provide feedback and advice to page managers based on analysis of the content's effectiveness.
- Develop modern and engaging multimedia content that promotes public awareness of the organization
- Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions
- Great communicator and open to, and excited for, feedback and training as necessary
Requirements:
- Excellent MS Office knowledge (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Strong attention to detail in all elements of work
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
