Experience with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Responsibilities:
Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
Ability to gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate the customer as needed and document interactions
Troubleshoot customer issues over the phone and via email
Use information systems and available documents to analyze the customer s situation
Handle issues in the best interest of both the customer and our company
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities for process improvements that positively impact the customer s experience

The customer service representative will provide information to customers in response to inquiries about products and services. The representative will receive, review and process orders. The representative will also receive, document, and resolve customer complaints
