Ecommerce Customer Service Manager

FirstStaff is in search of an Ecommerce Customer Service Manager. This manager will be interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve customer issues. Prior experience with social media platform in a customer service environment. Able to utilize search marketing tactics to increase visibility of products or services in Internet-enabled devices or interfaces. This position is with a well-established company that offers an excellent competitive benefit package including a 401(K) Retirement Saving Plan. This position could require some travel.

Tasks could include:
Communicating with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, or obtain details or concerns.
Identifying areas of concerns that would impact customer relationships and analyzing solutions to restore and maintain those relationships.
Maintain communication with all levels of management to advance the companies vision for success and growth.
Using computers and computer systems to set up functions, enter data, and process information.
Skills could include:
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and maintain composure in high pressure situations.
Demonstrate a professional and positive attitude towards the company, its employees, products, and procedures.
Familiarity with computer and windows application, and the ability to learn new computer system applications.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast paced environment.
