Job Description
Pulling and loading presses. Trimming tire bladders, buffing tire bladders, spring tire bladders, and primary tire bladder inspection. Must read gages and understand tolerances. Final inspection and packing of tire bladders.
Qualification Requirements
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, with little or no supervision. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and or abilities required. This is a safety sensitive position.
Ability to read and comprehend production work order documentation, diagrams and or prints, all safety rules and procedures for this position.
Ability to read and comprehend a tape measure, protractor and scale to within 1/32 of an inch.
Ability to perform math calculations using whole numbers and fractions.
Proficient understanding of angles and degrees of angles involved in the cutting of materials.
Ability to operate following all safety policies and procedures, the following equipment.
Ability to stand, stoop, bend and or walk on a continual basis.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. On a continual basis.
