Growing Aerospace Manufacturing plant needs Quality Inspectors
Employee will need previous aerospace experience.
Job Duties:
Reports to the Quality Department team leader and supports manufacturing activities.
Works to established priorities and schedules.
Ensures product compliance to all customers requirements.
Performs inspection activities of detail products.
Inspects product features per drawings, specs, mylars, sketches, and tools using various measuring hand tools such as micrometers, calipers, scales, protractors, and other various gages to perform hardness and conductivity inspection of product.
Uses computer to create reports, review documents, and complete forms and Reviews in house documents to customer drawing and spec requirements.
Qualified candidates must have:
Experience in quality control or work experience in an aerospace manufacturing environment.
Attention to detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills, Excellent written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate and interface with peers, employees, and management.
Expertise using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, scales, protractors, etc.
Ability to stay focused in a high-paced environment and ensure product compliance to all customer requirements.
Knowledge of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.
