Good communication skills
Submit warranty claims online to equipment manufacturers for reimbursement
Approve and track customer warranty claims
Phone/email communication with manufacturers about product details/issues
Receive customer phone calls/emails regarding product questions, troubleshooting equipment,
parts lookup, etc...
Troubleshoot mower problems in person and over the phone
Assemble/repair mowers and handheld equipment
Occasionally load or unload freight
Occasionally pick up or deliver equipment to our warehouse in Fort Smith
Some travel required - pre-Covid there were approximately 4 to 6 trips annually during the Fall/Winter months. Some for continued education on engine certifications and some for technical training on new models of equipment.
