FirstStaff is looking for a  Staffing Account Manager with a proven track record of exceeding customer expectations. Ideal candidate would be able to work in our Conway or Little Rock Branch office!

 

Responsibilities:

Business development:
  • Develop and grow your own client base by marketing our services for temporary and/or full-time staffing solutions.
  • Market to clients via telephone as well as conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of marketing our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
  • Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase FirstStaff s presence in the local business community.
  • Contact employers to solicit orders for job vacancies, determining their requirements and recording relevant data such as job descriptions.
  • Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, to take or enter orders, cancel accounts or to obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers problems
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Resolve customers service or billing complaints.
  • Obtain and examine all relevant information to assess validity of complaints and to determine causes.

Candidate recruitment and retention:
  • Recruit, interview and match skilled administrative professionals with clients projects, temporary assignments and temporary-to-full-time opportunities.
  • Provide on-going communication and career guidance to candidates.
  • Inform applicants of job opening and details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions and promotion opportunities.
  • Perform reference and background checks on applicants.
  • Interview job applicants to match their qualifications with employers needs, recording and evaluating applicant experience, education, training and skills.
  • Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements using computerized file searches.
  • Select qualified applicants or refer them to employers, according to FirstStaff policies.
  • Provide background information on organizations with which interviews are scheduled
  • Instruct job applicants in presenting a positive image by providing help with resume writing, personal appearance, and interview techniques.
  • maintain records of applicants not selected for employment
  • Evaluate selection and testing techniques by conducting research or follow-up activities and conferring with management and supervisory personnel.
