We are looking for a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products and services. You will join a team of talented IT professionals and work collaboratively to take our customer-focused services to new heights. As an ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly technical field, such as software development, computer science, medical or engineering. Your ability to evaluate and analyze complex information is second to none, and you have a natural desire to help people understand things that are hard to understand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Research, outline, write, and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.
Independently gather information from subject matter experts to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals (Run books), process workflows, cultural values and standards (Playbooks), policies and charter documents (Governance documentation.
Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.
Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audiences.
Edit documents for others and correct spelling, punctuation and syntax errors.
Work with other media such as photographs, drawings, charts, diagrams, and graphics to illustrate content and increase user understanding.
Evaluate and recommend revisions to existing standards and guidelines.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with people at all levels.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and/or Experience
BS/BA Degree (4 year) from an accredited university/college OR
Two to four years of experience as an Technical Writer
MS Office programs.
Other Qualifications (including physical requirements)
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, problem solving, and planning skills with the ability to set priorities
General banking knowledge preferred.
